The Senate Economy commission dispatches a draft of the Industrial Property bill.

The bill includes, among others, the inclusion of new types of trademarks (e.g. smell and three-dimensional marks), the extension of the term of protection of industrial designs to 15 years and the cancellation due to lack of use of a trademark.
